Instructions for Authors

  1. The papers should be within the conference areas

  2. The papers must be unpublished

  3. The original manuscript should be written in good English and typed by MS Word or PDF on one side of A4, double-spaced within 3 cm margin, all pages should be numbered.

  4. The paper should include:

a ) Title.

b ) Participant's name(s), affiliation, and country.

c ) Abstract (maximum 250 words).

d ) Keywords (maximum of six words).

e ) The introduction of the paper must be clearly written and should  explain the nature of the  problem, previous work, purpose and the significance of the paper. The introduction is assigned number “1”.

 f ) A conclusion section must be included and should indicate   clearly the advantages, limitations, and possible applications.

g ) References should be in the order in which they are first mentioned and referred to by Arabic numerals in square brackets, e.g. [11]. References at the end of the manuscript should be complete, and arranged in the following style:

I. Periodicals: Participant(s)' last name followed by initials, (year), title, periodical, volume, page number.

II. Books: Participant(s), last name followed by initials, title, edition.  

III. publisher, place of publishing,  (year).

IV. Proceeding: Participant(s), last name followed by initials, title, proceeding, volume, page number, place of publishing, (year).

V. Theses: Participant's, last name followed by initials, title, degree, university, location, (year).

  1. All figures should be formatted to fit into, a single (85 mm) or double column . Line illustration or camera-ready text must be of sufficient quality for publication as submitted i.e. clear sharp and of an even density. Any lettering or text should be in proportion to the rest of the figure. Halftones (photographs) should be of sufficient quality with respect to details, contrast and fineness of grain to withstand the unavoidable loss of contrast inherent in the printing process.

  2. All the submitted papers for the conference will be judged.

  3. For the purpose of publication, all the accepted papers for the conference will be evaluated, and will be charge amount of  60$

  4. The format of the manuscript:

a) Font Time New Roman.

b) Manuscript Title: Font size is 16 points, Title case, Font style is bold, and Alignment is centered.

c) Author Information: Font size is 12 points, Title case for Participant's name(s), affiliation, and country, Font style is regular, Alignment is centered under the title.

d) Abstract Information: Font size is 10 points, Title case for the word abstract and font style is bold, Font style is Italic for other text, Alignment is justified under the Participant's information.

e) Keywords Information: Font size 14 points, title case for the word keywords and font style is bold, font style is Italic for other text, alignment is justified under the abstract information.
